- For a patent case, we will find out what kind of technical idea should be protected. In other words, we will ask questions to perfectly grasp what should be the essential elements of the invention. Our expertise will guide to have a properly broad scope of invention granted as a patent.
- For a non-Japanese specification has been already made, we will prepare and file all necessary documents including a Japanese translation, based on the available information. < Regarding trademark rights, we always consult with our client in advance, in person or online. Identifying the goods and services (to be) used is a very delicate task. Only when this identification can be carefully made, the resultant trademark right can be meaningful. Our trademark team considers this preliminary discussion to be one of the most important procedures.
